TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 5/11/26PAYMENT FORMS:
-I primarily host through Kofi where my prices are all listed, but I also take CashApp and PayPal through friends and familyREFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
-I will only issue a refund if a request is made before I start on your piece OR if I feel that I cannot continue providing the service for whatever reason.
-Cancellations, like refunds, are only permitted before I begin working on your commission, after that, they won't be given and you won't be refunded; my time is very valuable and this is my only source of income right now so please be responsible with ordering.TO BE EXPECTED FROM ME:
-I am open to suggestions and feedback throughout the process to satisfy the customer as much as possible and will happily provide WIPs if requested!
-Major changes requested after the lineart phase has been started can be subject to fees that are discussed on a case-by-case basis, so move accordingly. (Smaller requests after the lineart phase or bigger changes during the sketch phase are free)
-My usual turnaround time is about 2 weeks, I am a college student so please bare with me, I will communicate if something comes up that interferes with the commission ASAP.
-Normally I will post the commission/commission process somewhere on my socials, please let me know if you don't want me to post yours and I'm happy to oblige!
I do, however, retain the right to use in a portfolio.
-I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.USAGE OF MY WORKS:
-Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
-Reposts are allowed, but upfront credit must be given to me/post must link back to one of my active socials
-I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine, using for NFT's, etc. is strictly prohibitedCOMMISSION PROCESS:
-Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Reference images MUST be unshaded.
-You will fill in the commission form on the listing, sending a file for reference. This is the stage where you must be very thorough! If you wish to send me more info through contacts that's also okay, but for the initial order, a form is required.
-I will let you know when I am about to start on the request to allow for any last minute refunds or cancellations, if there are no objections, then I will begin the process.
-I will be the most communicative during the sketch phase when changes are expected, and once I am done, I will send a final sketch for approval; once this is done, I will move on to lineart and coloring/rendering (if not an uncolored sketch commission)
-I will deliver a watermarked version of the file to you via email or original contact used during the process; this watermark is not to be removed under ANY circumstances.By commissioning me you hereby accept my terms of service and if such terms are broken you will be blacklisted from working with me in the future.
